Cevians has designed and manufactured a vast number of high-performance NVIS compatible touchscreens. These products are ruggedized and include advanced optical materials that provide high sunlight readability contrast, and integrate Cevians proprietary advanced polymeric technology. Cevians’ proprietary technology enables high visible transmission and high attenuation in the near-infrared. The technology also offers sharp red rendering and is not angle sensitive.
This unique technology combination enables integrators to enhance their display systems without the need to modify display backlights. The touchscreen element acts simultaneously as an NVIS filter for compliance to MIL-STD-3009 and as a touch sensor, significantly reducing acquisition and manufacturing costs.
